As CEO, Al Hawkins is responsible for planning and executing OptiScan’s operations. He brings more
than 20 years of experience to the position,specializing in document scanning and micrographics services.

Prior to founding OptiScan, Hawkins served as co-founder and vice president of operations for DataLink Corporation. He launched the company with two partners in 1984. Six years later, the company
was netting $3 million per year in sales.

Hawkins has a Bachelor’s of Science in sociology from Arizona State University.

Michael Hawkins serves as general manager of OptiScan. He specializes in software system
development, IT, business development and management.

Hawkins has 13 years experience in avionics/automotive embedded software development, as well
as four years experience in PC application software development. He earned a Bachelor’s of Science
in electrical engineering from Arizona State University.
